RETURNS & EXCHANGES We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. However, to maintain the integrity of our Series 001 collection, each piece arrives with a Batch 001 Security Tag.

• If the tag is intact: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• If the tag is removed or tampered with: The sale is considered final and no return will be accepted. International returns must be shipped via a tracked and insured carrier. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the client.
