Shipping & Returns

GLOBAL FULFILLMENT

Ten Eleven operates as a global jewelry house. To ensure the integrity of our precious metal alloys, all orders are fulfilled directly from our secure workshops in Toronto, Dubai, or New York. Every piece undergoes a 3-point magnification check and is sealed at our atelier before international dispatch.

SHIPPING & SECURITY

  • Transit: We ship exclusively via FedEx Priority or DHL Express.

  • Protection: A Direct Adult Signature is mandatory for all deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.

  • Speed: Processing takes 3–5 business days, followed by 2–5 days for global transit.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

As a global brand, we optimize documentation for smooth transit. However, the recipient is the Importer of Record. Local VAT, GST, or Import Duties are determined by your regional government and collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

RETURNS & AUTHENTICITY

We provide a 14-day inspection window for all non-bespoke pieces. To maintain the "unworn" status of our collections:

  1. The Security Tag must remain uncut and untampered.

  2. The Certificate of Authenticity must be included in its original condition.

  3. Gold & Custom Orders: Due to the daily fluctuation of precious metal markets and the personalized nature of custom sizing, solid gold and engraved items are Final Sale.
