01. THE CONTRACT

By purchasing from Ten Eleven, you enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent "friendly fraud" (unauthorized chargebacks)

02. MATERIAL & HANDCRAFTED DISCLOSURE

The Alloy: Our proprietary Silver-Platinum alloy is engineered for a specific weight and luster. Variations in final gram weight (+/- 5%) are expected in artisanal forging.
The Stones: We use Lab-Grown Diamonds. By purchasing, you acknowledge these are chemically identical to mined diamonds but are ethically created.
Certification: Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. This document is the final word on the item's specifications.

03. THE "IMPORTER OF RECORD" SHIELD

International orders are "Delivered At Place" (DAP). If you refuse a shipment to avoid local VAT/Duties, and the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued. You, the client, assume all fiscal responsibility for the legal entry of the goods into your country.

04. RISK OF LOSS & INSURANCE

Ownership of the jewelry transfers to you the moment we hand the package to FedEx/DHL. While we provide Full Value Insurance for transit, our liability ends once the courier marks the package as "Delivered." We do not cover "porch piracy" (theft after delivery).

05. PRICING VOLATILITY

Precious metals (Platinum/Gold) are commodities. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a massive market spike occurs between your order time and our workshop procurement.

06. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
